FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING SOLUTIONS – OUR SINGLE SIDED FOAM TAPE FOR POST-PRINT MOUNTING
Specialized in the Post-Print flexographic printing market, Gergonne Industrie offers a wide range of single sided adhesive tapes that guaranteeing optimal print quality.
Our flexo foam tapes are available in 5 levels of thickness, easily recognizable thanks to a specific color code:
- pink – 9211 (1.1 mm)
- yellow – 9214 (1.4 mm)
- white 9217 (1.7 mm)
- green 9221 (2.1 mm)
- red 9226 (2.6 mm)
Designed for the preparation of flexographic plates used in post-printing, our adhesives are particularly suitable for bonding to PET films and offer the following advantages:
- acrylic adhesive especially selected for an easy bubble-free application
- a perfect adhesion print runs after print runs
- an optimal printing quality
Lamination on PET
We can directly laminate our flexo foam tapes onto a 250 or 350μm PET film to the desired width (maximum width 1 700mm). Available with our 5 post print foam references and all geometric combinations are possible.
