SILICONE ADHESIVE TAPES
Our PET silicone adhesive tapes (silicone splicing tapes, high temperature masking tape) offer a good adhesion on all kinds of materials. They notably allow you to realise splices on silicone surfaces (silicone paper or silicone film for example), or to fix silicone foam or silicone profiles.
Our product range is composed of single-sided PET silicone tapes and double-sided PET silicone tapes references.
The single-sided silicone tapes differ in colour (red, green and blue) and technical properties. Our single-sided blue silicone tapes has the advantage of having an anti-adhesive backside film (perfect for the splicing operations on adhesive rolls etc.).
Our laboratory formulates our own adhesive silicone tapes and carry out tests to ensure a optimized bonding on your silicone surfaces.
Single-sided silicone adhesive tapes
The single-sided silicone adhesive tapes by GERGOSIL are available in 3 colors (green, yellow and red). They have specific technical features in order to meet customer requirements. Our single sided silicone adhesive tapes are mainly used for splicing applications.

Single-sided silicone adhesive tapes – anti-adhesive backside
The single-sided silicone adhesive tapes by GERGOSIL with anti-adhesive backside are mainly used for adhesive or siliconised film and paper roll splicing applications. They ensure a continuous non-adhesive surface.

Single-sided silicone adhesive tapes – High temperatures
The high temperature single-sided silicone adhesive tapes from GERGOSIL are available in blue and green versions and are perfectly suited for applications such as: splicing, masking for powder coating, flash tape for vacuum bagging or even for the glass industry.

Double-sided silicone adhesive tapes
The double sided silicone adhesive tapes by GERGOSIL, available in transparent or green colour. They are used for splicing or lamination applications on silicone foam or elastomer.

Characteristics and advantages :
- High bonding capacity on siliconized surfaces and LSE (Low Surface Energy) plastics
- Resists high temperatures, external conditions, chemical agents, ageing

- Color coding for easy product identification
- Available in logs,rolls or in pull-tabs. Pull-tabs allow easy removal of silicone paper on die-cut components, and can also be used as flagging to identify a defective area in a roll.
Pull-tab Siltab
Easy to peel from their own liner, silicone adhesive SILTABs consist in a silicone adhesive section with a high adhesion power on various siliconized substrates (ex: siliconized papers or films), and a paper section, allowing an easy hand-seizure.
