Our ePTFE membranes from our GERGOVENT range, respond to overpressure and condensation issues, ensuring the reliability and longevity of many sensitive electronic components (sensors, cameras, electronic housings, etc.).
VM13 & VM15 REFERENCES
Due to their technical properties, our VM13 and VM15 membranes are suitable for many applications such as: rear and fog lights, ADAS systems, sensors, DC/DC converters, window regulator motors, etc.
VM13:
- Air flow at 70 mbars: > 250 ml/min/cm²
- Water intrusion pressure (30 s) : ≥ 1 bar
VM15:
- Air flow at 70 mbars: > 500 ml/min/cm²
- Water intrusion pressure (30 s) : ≥ 0.8 bar
VM16 reference: the undisputed ally for headlamps applications
Our two-layers membrane (ePTFE and polyamid) has excellent mechanical resistance (up to > 40N) and excellent resistance to very high-pressure spraying (200 bar), particularly thanks to the Side protect technology (patent pending).
