SILICONE ADHESIVE TAPES: 901S & 905S: the GERGOSIL single-sided high temperature range
The GERGOSIL range is based on Gergonne PSStech technology, developed to combine the qualities of silicone with reliable performance in demanding environments: high cohesion, long-term stability and in most cases, removable without residue. Two products in this range, the 901S and the 905S, clearly demonstrate this technology through two distinct profiles, both of which are suitable for high temperatures (220°C).

Reference 901S – for splicing and composite applications
Blue silicone adhesive tape – polyester film of 23 µm – total thickness of 60 µm.
This slimmer design makes it a solution particularly well-suited for siliconized material splicing applications, masking applications during powder coating operations or the manufacture of composite parts.

Reference 905S – for improved mechanical and dielectric strength
Green silicone adhesive – polyester film 50 µm – total thickness of 80 µm.
This reinforced construction gives it a mechanical strength of 90 N/cm and a dielectric strength of 7 kV, significantly higher than those of the 901S.
It is particularly recommended for masking applications during powder coating operations and for the manufacture of laminated glass, where this robustness makes all the difference.
