GERGOVENT: Say goodbye to foggy car headlights
Condensation in car headlights is a common occurrence that can be caused by environmental or physical factors (thermal shock, high ambient humidity) or by technical issues and sealing defects. The waterproofing of car headlights is a real concern, one that GERGOVENT ventilation membranes address.

How do our ePTFE ventilation membranes work?
Our membranes protect electronic enclosures through three key mechanisms:
- Prevent the penetration of foreign substances: water, dust, and contaminants.
- Thermal management: equalizes overpressure and dissipates heat
- Dissipate moisture to limit condensation
The VM16 membrane—your ally against fogging!
Designed to withstand the most extreme conditions (wind, rain, extreme heat and impacts), the VM16 reference offers excellent adhesion and high resistance to water pressure (200 bar), thanks to its Side Protect technology.

Technical properties:
Air flow at 70 mbars: > 250 ml/min/cm²
Water intrusion pressure (30s): ≥ 1 bar
To comply with chemical regulations, our membranes are free of PFOA and dicyclohexyl phthalate
